The ideal stop for those who prefer mountain routes is definitely the High Flumendosa Lake, reached by taking State Road 389 that connects Lanusei to Nuoro and then take the road to the lake, near the town of Villagrande Strisaili.
Before reaching the lake you can make a little detour to the right to reach the tomb of giants “Pradu Su Chiai”
In Lanusei, the town closest to the b&b, you can visit a Nuraghe and two tombs of giants.The entire complex is referred to "Selene" and is located within the homonymous forest, the latter a privileged destination for nature lovers and outdoor walks.
Most cultural interesting is the archaeological complex of Scerì. It is only 9 km from the b&b and includes a Nuraghe, a village and two Domus de Janas.
For those who love taking a close look a the sky there is the astronomical Observatory on Monte Armidda (near Lanusei), well equipped with a powerful telescope and some experts who will be pleased to welcome you.
